Refund Policy - the basics

Due to the personal nature of makeup and skincare products, Sepha Beauty accepts returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For health and safety reasons, used, opened, or damaged cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used makeup or skincare products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
